At Gateway, we've created and curated student and staff AI resources that are aligned with our curriculum and district vision. On this page you'll find:
- Our AI Usage Guidelines, which provides a simple set of glanceable “stop-light protocol” guidelines of daily reference.
- Our Artificial Intelligence Skills Framework, which identifies key skills for students to adopt in their AI learning journey.
- Gateway District Staff Guidelines and Student Guidelines - in-depth narrative guidelines outlining district expectations for faculty and student use of AI throughout the learning process.
- The TeachAI Literacy Framework, which we've used for teacher professional development and a SchoolAI Space (SchoolAI account required) that utilizes the TeachAI framework.
¶ AI Literacy for Everyone
- Introduction to AI - A free online course for everyone interested in learning what AI is, what is possible (and not possible) with AI, and how it affects our lives – with no complicated math or programming required.
- Introduction to Generative AI — Art of the Possible - This course provides an introduction to generative AI, use cases, risks and benefits. With the help of a content generation example, we illustrate the art of the possible.
